We founded Kaizen 113 with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Return/Refund Policy: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you purchased it and have any and all original packaging or tags still attached and be presented with the accompanying receipt. Any approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Customized items and associated fees are not eligible for return or refund. All returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Kaizen 113 and their staff.
